:: I don't know... maybe a few dozen .50 BMG rounds through the front end to kill the engine? I doubt it would outright derail it, just knock out the power and start it coasting, at which point all you have to do is let gravity and frictions slow it down. Mind you that wouldn't be the quickest solution, as you still need to position a .50 cal HMG to fire on the train and then plenty of room for it to gradually coast to a stop, both of which would take time. There would still be tons of room for something to go wrong.
