In two of the screencaps Tom Hanks is shown holding his revolver with a two-handed grip. I thought that two handed gripping techniques for handguns were not widely taught until the 1950's. Is this an anachronism or am I mistaken? -[[User:Anonymous|Anonymous]]

Winchester 1890

Grip

In two of the screencaps Tom Hanks is shown holding his revolver with a two-handed grip. I thought that two handed gripping techniques for handguns were not widely taught until the 1950's. Is this an anachronism or am I mistaken? -Anonymous
