K. Hawk Survival Instinct is a low budget stealth title developed by Similis Software.
The player plays as Kitty Hawk, who after her helicopter is shot down delivering a Navy Seal to a mission on a Pacific Island, finds herself fighting to survive. The game features a 2-weapon limit (One Pistol and one long-gun) and has an unusual mechanic of the game's camera swaying up and down to simulate breathing, as it will worsen if the player is injired and/or after running.
