The following guns were used in the film Outbreak:
Beretta M92FS
Maj. Salt (Cuba Gooding Jr.), Brig. Gen. Billy Ford (Morgan Freeman) and some soldiers use the Beretta 92FS.
Colt M1911A1
Lt. Col. Briggs (Dale Dye) carries a M1911A1 inside his Bianchi M12 with the chest harness.
Colt M16A1 with A2 Style Handguards
No soldier carries a M16A2, all use a M16A1 with A2 Style Handguards. From a closer examination of the pictures posted here, some of the M16A2 rifles that were seen in Outbreak were MGC M16 replica rifles that were fitted with M16A2 foregrips and "birdcage" flash hiders to make them look like M16A2s.
Colt XM177E2
Some troops brand an XM177E2.
Colt Model 733
Some miliatry aims a Model 733.
Colt M727
The Delta behind Gen. Ford (Morgan Freeman) carries a M727, (thanks to The Winchester). This weapon looks lika a Model 654, but if look the shot carefully you can see the M4 barrel.
M60 Machine Gun
Some soldier carries the M60.
Ithaca Model 37
The Cider Creek Police use a M37.
Thompson M1A1
A British contractor aims a Thompson M1A1.
Sten Mk II
One British mercenary brand a Sten Mk II.
M2 Carabine
Some British mercenary use a M2 Carabine.
FN FAL 50.00
A British soldier shoots with a FN FAL.
Browning M2
On the humvees are mounted Browning M2.
Remington 7600
One of the three guys that try to ecape from Cider Creek shoots with a Remington 7600, (thanks to Gunmaster45).
Colt MKIV Series 70
Lt. Col. Briggs (Dale Dye) carries in his holster a Colt MKIV Series 70 alternately at his M1911A1.
M203 Grenade Launcher
Some soldiers carry a M203 under they M16.
Dart Gun
Maj. Salt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) uses a Dart Gun to catch the little monkey.
Unknown Machine Gun
A British contractor fires with an unknow light machine gun.
- Since this is a belt fed machine gun, it is definately not a Bren. It looks like an MG42 or one of the later variants. - Gunmaster45
L1A1 Self-Loading Rifle

The depot guard carries an unknown automatic. Perhaps a Sig.
