Heckler & Koch USP
The Hk USP used in the series is a two tone(stainless? slide)Compact used by Nick Cutter;presumably 9mm.
SIG Sauer 228
Hard to be sure,but I think this Sig is a 226,rather than the 228.Stephen uses one during Season 1.
Colt Target Model
The "tranquilizer pistol", used by Abby and Connor is a Colt Target Model, easily identifiable by the round barrel, black plastic trigger guard and full length accessory rail.
This is a .22 Long Rifle pistol with a 10 round magazine. In the program, however, it is used as a single shot, tranq dart weapon. Why they didnt just use an actual tranq pistol, I do not know.

Used by Stephen in Episode 1 to kill a Gorgonopsid.Also used by most members of the security team.
M4 carbine
Used by Captain Tom Ryan in Season 1,and Cutter and Stephen in Season 2. Manufacturer unknown,but has carry handle with ACOG,vertical foregrip and flashlight.
