Pistols
Wheellock Pistol
Diego Alatriste (Viggo Mortensen) uses Wheellock Pistol at the several scenes. Sebastián Copons (Eduard Fernández) uses another one. French soldiers fires Wheellock Pistols at the film climax.
Flintlock Pistol
Conde de Guadalmedina (Eduardo Noriega) carries two Flintlock Pistols throughout the movie. Gualterio Malatesta (Enrico Lo Verso) gave his Flintlock Pistol to Diego Alatriste (Viggo Mortensen). Sebastián Copons (Eduard Fernández) puts another Flintlock Pistol on the table. Several Flandrian soldiers fire Flintlock Pistols at the film's beginning. Invented in roughly 1610, Flintlocks would be very new during the film's setting of the 1620s.

Brown Bess Flintlock Musket
King Philip IV of Spain (Simon Cohen) fires Brown Bess Flintlock Musket during the hunting. Conde de Guadalmedina (Eduardo Noriega) holds another one at the same scene.
