Living Target (Zhivaja mishen) is a Soviet 1990 crime thriller directed by Mark Aizenberg. Militsia (police) undercover agent Maj. Goryunov (Aleksandr Fatyushin) investigates the activities of a crime gang and its connection with the corrupt chief of local militsia.

In the opening scene a criminal uses an SVD sniper rifle during the ambush on cash transporting car.
Unidentified sniper rifle
In one scene Yura's unnamed henchman (Anatoli Mishchenko) uses a suppressed sniper rifle. It is most likely a small caliber target rifle.

AKMS
AKMS assault rifles are used by militsia and criminals. The guns have muzzle brakes removed and replaced with blank firing adapters (in firing scenes).
AKS-74U
AKS-74U carbines are also used by militsia and criminals.

Flare pistol
Maj. Goryunov (Aleksandr Fatyushin) uses an SPSh Flare Pistol to signal the attack on Yura's villa.
Flamethrower
Criminal "Baldy" (uncredited) uses a flamethrower during the shootout on Yura's villa.
