The White Tiger (Belyy tigr) is a 2012 World War II film directed by Karen Shakhnazarov. The story takes place in Russia during the closing months of the Eastern Front of World War II. Ivan Naydenov (Aleksey Vertkov), a Soviet tanker who barely survived a battle, is pressed back into service and goes on a hunt to destroy a mysterious ghostly-white German Tiger tank he calls the "White Tiger".
The following weapons were used in the film The White Tiger (Belyy tigr):
Submachine Guns
PPSh-41
Some Russian troops carry the PPSh-41.
MP40 Submachine Gun
The MP40 was mainly carried by German troops during World War II, but is seen carried by Maj. Fedotov (Vitaliy Kishchenko) in the film.
PPS-43
Another weapon carried by Russian troops is the PPS-43.

Mosin Nagant M1891/30 Rifle
Some Russian troops also are armed with the Mosin Nagant M1891/30.

Degtyaryov DT Machine Gun
The Degtyaryov DT Machine Gun is seen mounted in the Russian T-34-85 tanks.

Gun Platforms
For the film's production, several of the Russian and German armored vehicles used were well made mockups. Some mock-ups tanks are created on more modern chassis. For this film was created a replica of a Tiger tank. But unfortunately the film was shot without it.
Tiger I Tank
The "White Tiger" depicted in the film appears to be a German Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger I tank. The tank was supposed to be a specially made replica that was reported to have been built from the ground up, but apparently wasn't completed in time for filming. Instead, the tank seen in the film was a Soviet IS-2 that was visually modified to resemble the Tiger.
T-34-85 Tank
The majority of the Russian armor seen in the film are Russian T-34-85 tanks. Models depicting the destroyed tanks were made very high quality.
IS-2
ISU-152 SPG
SU-100 Tank Destroyer
German Pz.Kpfw. IV medium tank
Other
Several destroyed armored vehicles are seen on a train.
