Tom Neville, now a Patriot, uses his Beretta 92FS in "There Will Be Blood" (S2E02). Later, Garret (Jason Douglas) kill several tribe members with the Beretta in "Patriot Games" (S2E04). In "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05), an patriot uses a Beretta to ambush Allenford, but Neville kills all. In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06), Neville uses his Beretta in the Patriot reprogramming center to rescue Jason. In "Everyone Says I Love You" (S2E09), Monroe uses a Beretta 92FS to search Aaron. Colt Commander
John Franklin Fry (Jim Beaver) uses a Colt Commander during "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05). In "Captain Trips" (S2E12), Connor Bennett takes a customized Colt Commander from the Truman's strongbox. Several Texas Rangers are seen armed with Colt pistols in "Austin City Limits" (S2E18).
Colt M1911A1 (Stainless)
A Texas Ranger (Anthony De Longis) uses a stainless Colt M1911A1 during the shootout in "S#!& Happens" (S2E19). Miles also uses the Colt.
Desert Eagle Mark I
Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) once again uses a Desert Eagle in this season, however it is now a Mark I (as noted by the absence of a scope rail, shorter slide serrations and the safety design) rather than Mark XIX he previously used.
Glock 19
Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) uses a Glock 19 to threaten Duncan Page in "Happy Endings" (S2E13). In "Exposition Boulevard" (S2E16), Edward Truman (Steven Culp) is seen carying a Glock 19 during the hydro plant shootout. In the same episode, Tom Neville uses the Glock 19 to threaten Monroe. In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), Jason Neville (JD Pardo) is seen loading a Glock 19. In the same episode, Charlie carries her Glock 19 when she fights Jason. In the Season 2's finale "Delcaration of Independence" (S2E22), Edward Truman uses a Glock 19 to kill several Texas Rangers and shoot himself. In episode "There Will Be Blood" (S02E02) Ken Dawson is seen wielding an unknown rifle when everybody is gathering in the town hall. Later, uses the rifle to defend the gate of Willoughby in "Love Story" (S2E03).
Remington 700 BDL
In "Love Story" (S2E03), a Willoughby villager uses a Remington 700 BDL while kidnapping Titus's wife.
Hawken rifle
In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), Shirlee takes a Hawken rifle in her gunshop and sells it to a child.

AKM
In "The Three Amigos", a border guard is seen armed with an AKM in Mexico. Bass takes the AKM from the border guard, and he uses the weapon later in the episode. This AKM not is equipped with a slant muzzle brake.
Colt M4A1
During several episodes, the Patriots use Colt M4A1 carbines. During one flashback, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) aims an M4 at Miles in "There Will Be Blood" (S2E02). In "The Three Amigos", several border guards are armed with M4A1s. In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Miles is seen firing an M4 during the shootout at the train yard. In Season 2's finale "Declaration of Independence", Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) are seen firing M4s during the Patriot ambush. Later, Tom Neville fires an M4 at Monroe in the same episode.
Colt Law Enforcement Carbine
Scanlon (Billy Lush) is seen firing a Colt Law Enforcement Carbine, identifiable by its longer 16" barrel, at Monroe in "Declaration of Independence."
Colt Model 727
Miles uses a Colt Model 727 with a telescopic sight on the carry handle in "Come Blow Your Horn" (S2E08).
Colt M16A2
Some of the Patriots' guards use Colt M16A2s, and use them during an ambush in "One Riot, One Ranger" (S2E05). In "Happy Endings" (S2E13), Miles Matheson (Billy Burke) is armed with a Colt M16A2 fitted with a telescopic rifle scope to defend Connor Bennet.

A Patriot is seen firing what looks like a Colt AR-15 Match Target HBAR II carbine without the carry handle at Sebastian and Miles.

In "Love Story" (S2E03) Riley (Will Beinbrink) uses a Ruger Mini-14 with a 20-round magazine in the gate of Willoughby. In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06), a Texas Ranger uses the Mini-14 to capture Monroe.

In "Austin City Limits" (S2E18), Jason Neville uses a Remington 700PSS in his attempt to kill President Carver. Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) also uses the rifle.
Machine Guns
M134 Minigun
In "Dead Man Walking" (S2E06) a Patriot is seen on a cart with an M134 Minigun when escorting Monroe through Willoughby. Curiously, it's seen with a chainsaw grip and handle despite being mounted on a pintle. It should be noted that Miniguns are electrically-powered, which would make them nothing more than really big paper weights in a world without electricity.
