G.I. Joe: Retaliation is the 2013 sequel to 2009's G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Directed by Jon M. Chu, the film finds the GI Joe team on the run after being declared enemies of the state by the US government. The film was originally scheduled to be released in the summer of 2012, but was moved to 2013 in order to convert the film to 3D and reportedly to add more scenes. The sequel's cast includes returning cast members Ray Park and Channing Tatum in addition to Dwayne Johnson, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Stevenson and Bruce Willis.
The following weapons were used in the film G.I. Joe: Retaliation:
Handguns
Colt M1911
General Joe Colton (Bruce Willis) uses a custom M1911 with ivory grips as his sidearm throughout the film. It is stated that the pistol belonged to General Patton and was a gift from his family. Colton gives it to Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson) at the end of the film.
Glock 21
The G.I. Joe unit carries the Glock 21 as the standard sidearm in the film. Duke (Channing Tatum), Lady Jaye (Adrianne Palicki), Flint (D.J. Cotrona), and Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson) all use Glock 21s as their sidearms in the film.
Glock 21 (Custom)
Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson) carries two custom Glock 21 pistols in the film, fitted with suppressors, threaded barrels and detachable magazine housings, built from parts of the TDI Vector.
Glock 17
The Einsargen prison guards, and Cobra Secret Service agents, including Zandar (Matt Gerald), carry the Glock 17 as their sidearms in the film. Warden Nigel James (Walton Goggins) takes a Glock 17 from one of the Einhagen prison guards' holster and uses it during the fight with Storm Shadow. Storm Shadow (Byung-hun Lee) also uses one in Einhagen. Jinx (Elodie Yung) takes a Glock 17 from a Cobra trooper and uses it during the battle in Fort Sumter.
FN FNX-9
The FNX-9 is used by both Cobra ninjas and Cobra Vipers. Snakes Eyes (Ray Park) also carries one as his sidearm in the film, replacing the FN Five-seveN from the first film. Jinx (Elodie Yung) also uses one when she and Snake Eyes secure Storm Shadow (Byung-hun Lee) in the Himalayas.
FN FNX-45

Shotguns
M26 MASS (Modular Accessory Shotgun System)
Lady Jaye (Adrianne Palicki) and Mouse (Joseph Mazzello) both use the M26 Modular Accessory Shotgun System as their primary firearms in the film. The MASS shotguns are loaded with special guided "P-dub 381 black Tempest" airburst rounds, that can be remote controlled with the LCD display on the MASS. The M26s are always shown with the folding front sight raised, despite the fact it would serve no purpose as the rear sight has been replaced by the video display.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Several guards at the Einsagen Subterranean Prison can be seen armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A2s fitted with Navy trigger groups & Surefire dedicated forend weaponlights. Storm Shadow (Byung-hun Lee) also uses one of the guard's MP5A2 at the Einsagen.

FN SCAR-H
The FN SCAR-H is the main battle rifle carried by the GI Joe unit in the film. The rifle is carried by Captain "Duke" Hauser (Channing Tatum), Lady Jaye (Adrianne Palicki), and Flint (D.J. Cotrona).
