T-Bag (Robert Knepper) kills Sandinsky with a Glock Non Gun in "S.O.B." (S4E19). The Non Gun is standing in for a Glock 17, that Becker gave T-Bag. Christina Scofield (Kathleen Quinlan) uses a suppressed Glock Non Gun in "Cowboys and Indians" (S4E20).

The Priest (Daniel Zacapa) pulls a Heckler & Koch P7M13 in "The Mother Lode" (S4E17).
Heckler & Koch USP
A Company agent (uncredited) tries to kill Michael with a suppressed H&K USP in "The Mother Lode" (S4E17).
Kahr K9
In "Blow Out" (S4E06), Gretchen (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) retrieves a Kahr K9 from her sister's house. Later in the same episode, she confronts T-Bag with the Kahr.
M1911A1
An M1911A1 is wielded by Homeland Security Agent Herb Stanton (Michael O'Neill) in "Deal or No Deal" (S4E13). One of the Priest's guards has an M1911 variant in "The Mother Lode" (S4E17).
"Pocket Pistol" Non Gun
Gretchen (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) kills Scott's bodyguards with a Non Gun Pocket Pistol in "The Sunshine State" (S4E16).
SIG-Sauer P226
Wyatt (Cress Williams) is seen assembling a SIG-Sauer P226 in "The Price" (S4E08). When he shoots Roland, the P226 becomes a Non Gun (see below). Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) carries a P226 in Season 4, most notably in "Selfless" (S4E12), "Going Under" (S4E15), "The Sunshine State" (S4E16), and "Cowboys and Indians" (S4E20). C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar) has a P226 in "Killing Your Number" (S4E22).
SIG-Sauer P220 Series Non Gun
Wyatt (Cress Williams) "kills" Gretchen with a SIG-Sauer P22X Non Gun in "Scylla" (S4E01). In "The Price" (S4E08), Wyatt shoots Roland with a Non SIG three times.

Sara finds a SIG-Sauer P230 SL in a box in "VS" (S4E18). In the same episode, Michael (Wentworth Miller) holds the P230 SL on an airport employee. In "S.O.B." (S4E19), Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) and Christina Scofield (Kathleen Quinlan) are seen with this pistol.

Feng Huan (Ron Yuan) threatens T-Bag with a SIG-Sauer P232 pistol in "Safe and Sound" (S4E05) and "The Price" (S4E08).

Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) holds a SIG-Sauer P232 SL on Lisa Tabak (Stacy Haiduk) in an attempt to gain leverage on General Krantz in "Selfless" (S4E12).
Smith & Wesson 5906
Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner) is given a Smith & Wesson 5906 by his ex-wife in "Safe and Sound" (S4E05), and uses it as his sidearm for several episodes in Season 4. Mahone is seen with the 5906 twice in "Five the Hard Way" (S4E07). He also uses it in "Selfless" (S4E12). In "The Sunshine State" (S4E16), Mahone kills Scott with the 5906.
Springfield Armory Mil-Spec M1911-A1
Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell (Robert Knepper) carries a Springfield Armory Mil-Spec M1911-A1 pistol during Season 4. He is seen with it in numerous episodes, including "Five the Hard Way" (S4E07), "Deal or No Deal" (S4E13), and "Just Business" (S4E14).
Taurus PT911
In a flashback to 2001, a man tries to shoot Link with a stainless Taurus PT911 pistol in "The Price" (S4E08).
Walther PPK Non Gun
James Whistler (Chris Vance) uses a suppressed Walther PPK Non Gun in "Scylla" (S4E01).

Some of General Krantz' bodyguards carry MP5A3 submachine guns in "Selfless" (S4E12).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Vikan's bodyguards carry Heckler & Koch MP5K submachine guns with Navy trigger groups in "Deal or No Deal" (S4E13). Several Company hitmen are armed with MP5K's in "Just Business" (S4E14). Some of these MP5K's have extended barrels (like the one seen in Season 2). Ferguson (Graham McTavish) tries to kill Michael with an MP5K in "The Sunshine State" (S4E16). Mahone finds a cache of MP5K's in "The Mother Lode" (S4E17).
Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
Gretchen (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) uses a Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 with Navy trigger group while holding the GATE office hostage in "Selfless" (S4E12). In the episode, despite being a trained killer, she inexpertly sprays from the hip rather than shoulder the weapon when shooting at the employee.
