Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner) is given a Smith & Wesson 5906 by his ex-wife in "Safe and Sound" (S4E05), and uses it as his sidearm for several episodes in Season 4. Mahone is seen with the 5906 twice in "Five the Hard Way" (S4E07). He also uses it in "Selfless" (S4E12). In "The Sunshine State" (S4E16), Mahone kills Scott with the 5906.

Heckler & Koch MP5K
Vikan's bodyguards carry Heckler & Koch MP5K submachine guns with Navy trigger groups in "Deal or No Deal" (S4E13). Several Company hitmen are armed with MP5K's in "Just Business" (S4E14). Some of these MP5K's have extended barrels (like the one seen in Season 2). Ferguson (Graham McTavish) tries to kill Michael with an MP5K in "The Sunshine State" (S4E16). Mahone finds a cache of MP5K's in "The Mother Lode" (S4E17).
