Beretta 8000 Cougar
The Beretta 8000 Cougar is used by Maestro as his sidearm from "Musica ex Machina phase.1".
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is seen with Akihiko Tojo as his sidearm. Orchestra assassin Chinatsu uses it as her sidearm when she's with Maestro from "Musica ex Machina phase.1".
Browning Hi-Power
The Browning Hi-Power is used by Jonathan "Jonah" Mar after he's recruited into HCLI to work under Koko as his primary sidearm.
Colt XSE
The Colt XSE was briefly used by Jonah when Koko tells him to use it during her meeting with freelance arms dealer C.K. Kloshkin near the end of "Gun Metal, Calico Road". Lu and Mildo use them in "Pulsar".
CZ 52
The CZ 52 is seen throughout the season, known to be the sidearm of Daxinghai Trading Company chairman Chen Guoming.

The CZ 75 is seen with Gasud, an HCLI arms dealer employed by Kaspar Hekmatyar, in "Vein".

A SVU Dragunov in a desert camo finish is used by Lee in "Hill of Doom phase.2" when Valmet raids the Daxinghai compound.

The IMI SR-99 is seen with Daxinghai contractors deployed to Chinatown in Commissioner Street at the end of "African Golden Butterflies phase.2".
Remington 700PSS
Lehm is seen firing a Remington 700PSS in the OP sequence, "Borderland". He uses it as his main sniper rifle when he's in the field. In "Musica ex Machina phase.1", a two-man Dubai Police Force SWAT sniper team gets wasted before they can get Maestro in their sights.
Unique Alpine TPG-1
The Unique Alpine TPG-1 is used in "Mondo Grosso" by an by EAE-hired mercenary sniper.
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
The Browning M2HB is seen in Dubai in "Musica ex Machina phase.2" inside a GMC-type pickup truck. It was rigged with the HMG to be controlled remotely with a button on the steering wheel as the trigger. What seems to be a GIAT Leclerc MBT has the M2HB with the vehicle on display at the 2012 DIESA arms fair in "African Golden Butterflies phase.1".
Denel Land Systems MG4
The Denel Land Systems MG4, a South African version of the Browning M1919, is seen mounted on a Rooikat armored recon vehicle at the 2012 DIESA arms fair in "African Golden Butterflies phase.1".
FN Minimi Para
An FN Minimi Para is used by Valmet when fire support is needed.
GIAT F2
The GIAT F2 is seen in "African Golden Butterflies phase.1" and "African Golden Butterflies phase.2" with South African Air Force Denel AH-2 Rooivalks in the 2012 DIESA arms fair and with at least one Advanced Technologies and Engineering (ATE) Mi-24 SuperHind Mark V in "African Golden Butterflies phase.2".
Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-301
The Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-301 is in "Gun Metal, Calico Road" with a MiG-29.
IMI Negev
The IMI Negev is seen with the Maestro throughout "Musica ex Machina phase.2".
M61 Vulcan
The M61 Vulcan is seen mounted on an F-22 in a flashback sequence in "Gun Metal, Calico Road".
M134 Minigun
The M134 Minigun is seen mounted on Koko's cargo ship as a security measure. Lehm and Mao use them to take out a pirate-owned Oryx at the start of "African Golden Butterflies phase.1".
Yakushev-Borzov Yak-B
The Yakushev-Borzov Yak-B is seen with Mil Mi-24 Hinds in the season.
Zastava M87
A Zastava M87, the Serbian-made version of the Russian NSV machine gun, is seen on a T Republic tracked APC in "Dragon Shooter phase.1". Since the nameless country is based in the Balkans, it would make sense for its armed forces to be armed with Serbian/Yugoslav-made weapons as a first priority, followed by Russian/Soviet-made weapons.
ZU-23
The ZU-23 is fielded by the BDs on a tracked APC to shoot down the HCLI Antonov An-12. in "Dragon Shooter phase.2". Though the ZU-23-2 hasn't been fielded to any army/militia force in the Balkans in reality, it's possible that the Balkan Dragons acquired it from a Balkan-based standing army in the Jormungand universe, courtesy of the USSR/Russia.
