The OTs-33 "Pernach" ("multi-vaned mace" in Russian) is a machine pistol developed in Russia by KPB Instrument Design Bureau. It was made to replace the obsolete Stechkin APS in various Russian police and paramilitary units. Because of its "square" shape, it is less expensive and much easier to manufacture.
