Ray Stevenson (1964-2023) was an English actor who appeared in such films as 2008's ''[[Outpost]]'', ''[[Big Game (2014)]]'' and ''[[The Book of Eli]]'' in addition to his role as Frank Castle, aka "The Punisher", in 2008's ''[[Punisher: War Zone]]''. He also appeared in the [[MCU]] as the warrior Volstagg for several feature films in the  ''[[Thor]]'' series. In addition, Stevenson had a starring role in the Disney+ series ''[[Ahsoka]]'', as the Dark Jedi, Baylan Skoll.  He passed away at the age of 58 on May 22, 2023, from undisclosed causes.
