The Cockpit (ザ・コクピット) is a 1993 three-part OVA anime which tells 3 fictional different stories about Axis point of view during World War Two. The first episode "Slipstream" is about a German Pilot who has fallen out of favor but is nevertheless tasked with escorting the first German atomic bomb.
