Steyr AUG A3
During one of the firefights Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) pulls out a Steyr AUG A3.
Winchester 1892 "Mare's Leg"
Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) still carries a 6-shot Winchester 1892 "Mare's Leg" in .44-40 with a standard lever, and not the enlarged loop of other famous versions of the gun (such as the one from Wanted: Dead or Alive ). Much to Tallahassee's dismay, his 1892 was most likely smelted after ridding his weapons when entering Babylon.
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) uses two Beretta 92FS during one of the zombie fights. It's also shown as an example of one of the rules. Later it's heavily implied to be smelted at Babylon.

During one of the zombie fights, Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) runs out of ammo for his Mossberg and switches to a 2.5" Colt Python. Later it's heavily implied to be smelted at Babylon.
Colt Single Action Army

This is in reference to the .45 ACP pistol Elvis brought as a gift to then-president Richard Nixon, at a meeting at the White House in 1970.
