Black Shark (Russian title: Чёрная акула; Chyornaya akula) is the Russian 1993 war action movie. The story is set in late 1980s, right after the Soviet–Afghan War. The leader of the Mujahideen, named Karahan, create the secret drug manufacturing plant. Soviet and American special troops unsuccessfully try to find and destroy it. Soviet commanders send for it the latest development af the Soviet military designers, the combat helicopter Kamov Ka-50 aka Chyornaya akula (Black Shark).
Note: most actors are non-professionals, including actual soldiers of Spetsnaz, combat pilots (including cheif pilot of Kamov Design Bureau), and aircraft designers.

Makarov PB
Major Andrey Gusarov (Valeriy Vostrotin) and Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov) both use Makarov PB pistols during the raid on Karahan's drug facility.
M1911A1
Harry (Valeriy Pogrebenkov) fires M1911A1 in several scenes.
Rifles
AKMS
Several mujahedeen, as well as Soviet soldiers can be seen armed with the AKMS rifles.
AKS-74
Major Andrey Gusarov (Valeriy Vostrotin), Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov), several Soviet and American soldiers uses AKS-74 rifles. Another AKS-74 can be seen using by several mujahedeen and mercenaries. Some of them are new versions with AK-74M synthetic furniture.
M16A1
Most of American soldiers were armed with the M16A1 rifles. Captured M16A1s can be seen in the hands of several mujahedeen and mercenaries.
SVD Dragunov
SVD Dragunov can be briefly seen in the hands of one Soviet soldier.
Machine Guns
PKM Machine Gun
Both Soviet soldiers and mujahedeens use PKM Machine Guns. They are fitted with late flash hiders.
Browning M1919A6
The Browning M1919A6, mounted on a tripod, can be seen in mujahedeen's ambush. This gun had never fire.
KPVT
KPVT Heavy Machine Guns are mounted on Soviet BTR-80 APCs.
NSVT heavy machine gun
Several mujahedeen uses NSVT heavy machine guns, mounted atop tank turrets.
Grenade Launchers
GSN-19
A kid Seryozha (uncredited), son of an officer, fires AKMS with GSN-19 grenade launcher at the target at the opening scene.
GP-25
Major Andrey Gusarov (Valeriy Vostrotin) and Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov) uses GP-25s during the raid.

Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov) carry RPG-18.

Type 69 RPG can be seen using by mujahedeen.

Major Andrey Gusarov (Valeriy Vostrotin) and Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov) both uses F-1 hand grenades during the raid
Heavy weapons
Shipunov 2A42
A genuine Ka-50 Chyornaya akula helicopter appears in the film. It is armed with the Shipunov 2A42 autocannon.
2A42 autocannons are also mounted on BMP-2 AIFVs.
Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-30K
Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-30K was mounted on Karahan's (Yuriy Tsurilo) Mi-24P (Hind-F).
