Special Agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) can be seen carrying a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm with Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) using it on occasions. A NYPD bomb disposal officer (Mickey Solis) is also seen with one in "Pilot" (S01E01). Ex-Central Intelligence Agency intelligence asset Dodi Khalil (Ayman Samman) before Jane takes it from him. A P226R is used briefly a Russian Petrovich mafiya enforcer near the end of "Cede the Law" (S01E06).

The SIG-Sauer P226 appears to be used by Weller and Jane Doe in continuity errors in the series. A Hudson University guard uses one in "In the Comet of Us" (S01E19).

A SIG-Sauer P229R is seen being used by Jane Doe in a firing range, which triggers flashbacks of her using the same weapon throughout "A Stray Howl" (S01E02). Secret Service agents use them as their main sidearm throughout "Cede your Soul" (S01E06). FBI Special Agent Tasha Zapata uses it, first seen in "In the Comet of Us" (S01E19). CIA Agent Russel Franklin (William Ragsdale) uses it in a confrontation near the end of "Swift Hardhearted Stone" (S01E20). FBI Special Agent William Patterson (Ashley Johnson) uses it as her main sidearm, also seen in the same episode.

A full-size SIG-Sauer P320 is seen carried by Weller, using it as his main sidearm in "In the Comet of Us" (S01E19), replacing his P226. This is one of the earliest appearances of the firearm in the television series or film.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used briefly by Travis Robek (Adam David Thompson) during a confrontation with Jane Doe in the middle of "Eight Slim Grims" (S01E03). A Russian Petrovich mafiya enforcer fires one in a shootout near the end of "Cede the Law" (S01E06). Weller and Jane seize them from Rick Dotcom's bodyguards near the end of "Authentic Flirt" (S01E09). A gold plated version is used by Shohid Ahktar (Ajay Naidu) in "One Begets Technique" (S01E18). FBI AD Mayfair uses one from the FBI New York building's evidence room in "Of Whose Uneasy Route" (S01E21).

What appears to be a Colt Government Model is used by Jane throughout "Why Await Life's End?" (S01E23).

A CZ P-09 pistol is seen with an armed man near the end of "Rules in Defiance" (S01E14).
Defense Distributed Liberator
A Defense Distributed Liberator 3D printed pistol appears to be used by Chao Zheng (Yung-I Chang) to fire at Weller and Jane Doe in "Pilot" (S01E01).
The weapon is shown being able to fire multiple shots despite only being a single-shot pistol in real life.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with FBI agents as their main sidearm. Jane Doe uses one in the show after she starts to help out the CIRG. A Draclyn militiaman uses it in a hostage situation near the end of "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).
Glock 19

A non-stainless version was seen in the waistband of Russian Petrovich enforcer Misha Volkov (Christos Vasilopoulos) in "Cede your Soul" (S01E06). Oscar (Francois Arnaud) uses one near the end of "Evil Authentic Flirt" (S01E10) when he kills Tom Carter.

An UnSub in the opening raid appears to carry a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 in "Pilot" (S01E01). Travis Robek (Adam David Thompson) and Omar Moore (Ohene Cornelius) use MP5A3s during a robbery in "Eight Slim Grins" (S01E03). Later in the same episode Omar uses one until Jane takes it from him and uses it until the end. Hired gunmen working for CIA agent Franklin use them in "Swift Hardhearted Stone" (S01E20). FBI SWAT/HRT agents are seen using them as well.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Travis Robek (Adam David Thompson) and an unnamed team member use Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs during the hospital raid in "Eight Slim Grins" (S01E03). After Weller incapacitates the unnamed team member he uses the MP5K until it runs out of ammunition. A Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is used by Special Agent Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza) near the end of "Split the End" (S01E05). A hired assassin uses on in the Secret Service motorcade ambush at the start of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).

Colt LE Carbine
A Colt LE Carbine was used by Major Gibson as his main weapon near the end of "A Stray Howl" (S01E02). Weller and Reade later use them near the end of "Split the Law" (S01E05) and later on by Zapata in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07) after Jane finds them in a covert arms cache.
Colt M16A1 with A2 handgaurds
A Colt M16A1s with A2 handguards (representing the M16A2 or AR15) are used by Tim Scott (Joseph Goss) and Levi Hart (Charles Brice) during the Hudson University shootings in "In the Comet of Us" (S01E19).
Colt M16A4
A Colt M16A4 is used by a Petrovich enforcer near the end of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 is used in the season by American military and law enforcement personnel. Special Agents Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) and Edgar Reade (Rob Brown) are seen carrying suppressed M4A1s in "Pilot" (S01E01). A few Dabbur Zann terrorists use suppressed M4A1s in a gunfight near the end of "Split the Law" (S01E05). Sometimes, they show up with various characters.
Colt Model 933
Zapata is seen carrying what appears to be a Colt Model 933 in "Pilot" (S01E01). Jane uses one taken from an arms cache throughout "Sent on Tour" (S01E07), which she also uses in "Swift Hardhearted Stone" (S01E20).
Ruger Mini-14GB-F
A Ruger Mini-14 GB-F is seen with a Dracyln militiaman in a gunfight in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).
