Looks too small for a .38 M&P. Barrel is also not 4'', closer to 3''. I think it is a [[Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector Third Model]]. What do you'll think?

It seems to me that the revolver on the promo image looks more like a Smith & Wesson Military & Police, like this one:
