Smith & Wesson Model 686
FBI Special Agent Tom Greer (Bruce Willis) takes a Smith & Wesson Model 686 fitted with a 3" inch barrel off of a guard in Lionel Canter's home at the end of the film, using it to shoot the surrogate guard several times.
Beretta 92FS
Another of the Prophet's men is briefly seen with a Beretta 92FS when the military attack the dread zone.
Glock 17
3rd generation Glock 17s are used by Boston police officers. FBI Special Agent Peters (Radha Mitchell) also uses one in the climax to take Bobby the system administrator hostage.
SIG-Sauer P229
FBI agents are seen pulling SIG-Sauer P229's when they search the crashed car for Agent Greer.
Walther PPK/S
A Walther PPK/S is held by Dr. Lionel Canter (James Cromwell) to threaten Greer.
Shotguns
Double Barrel Shotgun
A 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun is used by a Dread to shoot Agent Greer's surrogate after he chases down Miles in the Dread camp making a big hole in its chest, and then finished it with another shot to the head.
Winchester Model 1200
A Winchester Model 1200 with the old style police forend is used by one of the men guarding The Prophet (Ving Rhames) when the military invade the dread zone.
Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
M4A1 Carbines are seen used by US soldiers as well as FBI HRT members. The soldiers' Carbines have C-More red dot sights in place of the carry handle, tactical flashlights, and RIS foregrips.
M16A2
An M16A2 is seen held by a US soldier in the opening credits.
Remington 700
A Remington 700 is used by an FBI sniper to take out Agent Peters' surrogate.
Romanian PAR
One of The Prophet's men is briefly seen with what appears to be a Romanian PAR rifle.
Other
Pneu-Dart X-caliber
Agent Greer's surrogate is seen holding a tranq rifle during the chase in the Dread camp, but is never seen firing. This tranquilizer rifle appears to be Pneu-Dart X-caliber air rifle that uses a CO2 canister to propel darts loaded in through the butt plate.
