The Shock (Le Choc) is a 1982 French crime thriller directed by Robin Davis and starring Alain Delon and Catherine Deneuve. Delon appeares as a hitman for hire who wants to retire from his present life.

Smith & Wesson Model 10
Christian Morelli (Alain Delon) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 in the opening scene.
Ruger Security Six
Borévitch (Féodor Atkine) appears with a Ruger Security Six.
Snub nose Smith & Wesson Model 10
Rosana (Dany Kogan), the current leader of the terrorist group "Schroeder's Brigade", is armed with a snub nose version of Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver (due to the shape of front sight and grip this is an early model). After Rosana was killed, Christian (Alain Delon) uses her revolver against other terrorists.
Colt Python
The corrupted police inspector Maubert (Jean-Louis Richard) carries a Colt Python revolver with 4" barrel. Later Christian (Alain Delon) takes his revolver and uses it in the final scene.
Pistols
Walther PP
Christian's (Alain Delon) weapon of choice is a Walther PP. In one scene a terrorist (Jacques Schaeffer) takes Christian's pistol. Later the pistol is again taken from Christian by Silvio (Franck-Olivier Bonnet).
MAB Model D
In the final scene Michel (Etienne Chicot) is armed with a pistol with very long sound suppressor. This pistol looks similar to MAB Model D Type II.
Browning Hi-Power
The elder terrorist (Jacques Schaeffer) is armed with a Browning Hi-Power. Later one of Silvio's henchmen is armed with Browining Hi-Power.
Beretta M1951
Silvio (Franck-Olivier Bonnet) is armed with a Beretta M1951.
Colt M1911A1
Silvio's henchman (Cirylle Spiga) is armed with a M1911A1.
Baby Browning
In the final scene Cox (François Perrot) draws a Baby Browning which was hidden in the bowl with ice.

Silvio's henchman (Cirylle Spiga) is armed with a Remington 870 shotgun in the scene of unsuccessful escape of Christian and Claire.

Sporterized MAS-36
Another Silvio's henchman (Jacques Pisias) is armed with a rifle in the scene of unsuccessful escape of Christian and Claire. This rifle can be a sporterized version of MAS-36 but not for sure.
M1 Carbine
What appears to be M1 Carbine is hold by Silvio's henchman (Philippe Lelièvre) in the final scene.
Winchester Model 70
During the planned assassination in Paris Christian (Alain Delon) is armed with a Winchester Model 70 fitted with sniper scope and sound suppressor. Due to the shape of the stock the rifle may be version in .458 Winchester Magnum.

The younger terrorist (Peter Bonke) is armed with a SIG SG 543 carbine (it can be a French manufactured SIG-Manurhin).
