The Erma MP60 was a prototype submachine gun developed by the German company Erma Werke for potential adoption by the Bundeswehr. The MP60 was of a traditional (arguably outdated) design, with a side folding wire stock, no provision for semi-automatic fire, had a receiver manufactured entirely from stamped sheet metal and fed from 36 round magazines originally designed for the Carl Gustav M/45.
