Underworld U.S.A. (1961) was a crime drama written and directed by Samuel Fuller (The Steel Helmet, Pickup on South Street, Merrill's Marauders) staring Cliff Robertson, Dolores Dorn, Beatrice Kay, Paul Dubov, Robert Emhardt, Larry Gates, Richard Rust, and Gerald Milton.
