The following weapons were used in the film The Right to Shoot (Pravo na vystrel):
Pistols
Makarov PM
Soviet officers and also sailors in boarding teams carry Makarov PM holsters. A pistol is briefly hold by Capt. Lt. Evgeniy Krymov (Aleksandr Martynov), the commander of the boarding group on Nikitin's border guard ship. It's hard to say if the holsters in other cases are empty or not.
Assault Rifles
AKM
Soviet Border Guard soldiers are armed with AKM assault rifles. Some lack the slant muzzle compensators but the narrow front sights allow to differ them from AK-47.
AKMS
Soviet border guards also carry AKMS assault rifles.
AK-74
Some Border Guard soldiers carry AK-74 (or maybe AKS-74) assault rifles. Possibly these men are not extras but real Border Guard personnel.
Autocannons
Nudelman-Nemenov NN-30
Soviet border guard ships Project 205P (NATO reporting name Stenka-class) are armed with two AK-230 mountings with twin Nudelman-Nemenov NN-30 autocannons.
Afanasev-Makarov AM-23
Two twin mountings of Afanasev-Makarov AM-23 autocannons, naval version of the dorsal mounting of Tu-16 bomber plane, are mounted on the Project 125A hydrofoil patrol boat. This boat appears in the movie as a foreign spy fast boat that invades in Soviet territorial waters.
Other Weapons
SPSh Flare Pistol
SPSh Flare Pistol is used by a sailor of Nikitin's border guard ship.
