The Property of Republic Dostoyanie respubliki ) is a 1971 Russian adventure movie directed by Vladimir Bychkov and starring Oleg Tabakov as Makar and Andrey Mironov as Markiz. The story takes place during the Russian Civil War, following several men searching for extremely valuable lost artwork.

Later, S&W revolvers are used by several of Lagutin's men.

He identifies this weapon as a Belgian-made pistol from the early 19th century (which would make it a flintlock rather than a caplock pistol). This long-barreled pistol looks like it is one half of a pair of dueling weapons.
