The Millions Game (original title 'Das Millionenspiel') is a 1970 TV Movie. It is based on the book The Prize of Peril by the American writer Robert Sheckley and the plot and visual style are similar to later movies The Prize of Peril (Le prix du danger) (based on the same source material) and The Running Man (based on an unrelated novel by Stephen King).

The plot concerns a deadly game show where contestants must survive seven days on the run from an armed gang of hunters. Bernhard Lotz is the latest contestant and is approaching the end of his week. Having barely survived almost a week now, Lotz is on the verge of physical and mental collapse. But the prospect of the grand prize of one million Marks is too tempting to pass up, even as the hunters close in.
