Maze Runner: The Death Cure is the third installment in The Maze Runner film franchise based on the book series written by James Dashner. Adapted from the third novel, the 2018 sequel follows Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) and the surviving Gladers as they decide to take on one last mission: to infiltrate the "Last City" of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department).

Browning Hi-Power
A Browning Hi-Power is seen used by Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) in a deleted scene.
SIG-Sauer P226R
Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) carries a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm in the film.
TiSAS Zigana Sport
Vince (Barry Pepper) uses a pistol that resembles a TiSAS Zigana Sport.
Walther PPQ
Janson (Aidan Gillen) carries what appears to be a Walther PPQ as his sidearm.

Ruger Security Six
Harriet (Nathalie Emmanuel) is seen with a stainless steel Ruger Security Six.
Smith & Wesson No. 3 Russian
Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito) uses the Smith & Wesson No.3 Russian Model (in the previous film he carried Schofield). The revolver is carried in a chest holster and can be identified by the unique grip. It appears to be a commercial version with missing trigger guard spur and barrel shortened to about 4".

CSA Sa vz. 58 Compact
One of the "Crank" rebels is armed with a CSA Sa vz. 58 Compact assault rifle.
M1 Carbine
One woman among the "Crank" rebels is seen with a M1 Carbine.
M4A1 Carbine
Some soldiers of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department) carry an M4A1 Carbine. Brenda (Rosa Salazar) is also seen using this assault rifle fitted with a scope.
Salient Arms International Tier One Rifle
Several soldiers of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department) are seen using the Salient Arms International Tier One AR-15.
Winchester Model 70
It appears that the Winchester Model 70 used by Harriet (Nathalie Emmanuel) in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials is still being used by the resistance.
Unidentified Assault Rifle
The WKCD soldiers are seen armed with an unidentified AR-15-style rifle.

Kel-Tec KSG
The Kel-Tec KSG shotgun returns to be one of the primary armaments of the WCKD. Like in the second film, the weapon is used to fire Taser-like rounds. This weapon is also used by Thomas (Dylan O'Brien), Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), and Gally (Will Poulter).
Mossberg 500
It appears that Frypan (Dexter Darden) is using a cut-down Mossberg 500 during the rescue mission at the start of the movie.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A2 SMG is carried by several WCKD soldiers and "Crank" rebels include Gally (Will Poulter).
