This weapon is a custom conversion of a Heckler & Koch G3 done by Bill Fleming, a Class III manufacturer. In the film, the weapon is fitted with a custom suppressor and a laser sight. Hatcher fills the tips of the weapon's hollowpoint rounds with a gunpowder mixture, making them into explosive-tipped bullets. The HK51K is seen being tested by Hatcher, and is later used by the Jamaican Chicago cop Charles (Tom Wright ) during the attack on Screwface's mansion.
Steven Seagal personally picked out this weapon to be in Marked for Death . One of the HK51K's used in the film was later sold by Fleming at auction after his wife developed cancer.
