M4A1
The M4A1 carbine continues to be the primary weapon carried by the sailors aboard the USS Nathan James. US Marines also use the M4A1.
Colt Model 933
The Colt Model 933 is used by several operatives, including CPO Wolf "Wolf-Man" Taylor (Bren Foster) and LT Danny Green (Travis Van Winkle).
Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18
Both Sasha Cooper (Bridget Regan) and Sgt. Azima Kandie (Jodie Turner-Smith) continue to use the Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18.
M14
The M14 Rifle is briefly seen in the hands of a Cuban Navy sailor in "El Puente" (S5E03).
AKMSU
An AKMSU rifle is seen in the hands of fighters.
AK-47
Several Panamanian resistance fighters appear to be armed with the AK-47.
Handguns
Glock 17
Both rebels and soldiers are armed with the Glock 17.
Heckler & Koch VP9 (Tactical)
A Heckler & Koch VP9 Tactical Pistol is handed to Danny in "Fog of War" (S5E02).
M1911A1
An M1911A1 is the sidearm carried by Col. Perez (Ivo Nandi) in "Fog of War" (S5E02).
Colt Officer's ACP
What appears to be a custom two-tone Colt Officer's ACP is used by the Clinic Doctor (Jacqueline Obradors) in "Tropic of Cancer" (S5E04).
Machine Guns
Browning M2
The Browning M2HB is one of the weapons mounted on the Nathan James. A Browning M2HB is mounted in a guard tower and used by Wolf in "Somos la Sangre" (S5E08). A Browning is also mounted on an enemy tank in the episode.
M240B
The M240B is used by US Navy sailors in "Casus Belli" (S5E01) and US Marines in "Somos la Sangre" (S5E07). The M240B is seen mounted on the Marines' LAV-25 armored personnel carriers seen in the series finale "Commitment" (S5E10).]]
FN MAG 58
Colombian forces also use the FN MAG 58 in Season 5.
M60D
An M60D machine gun is seen mounted on the US Navy UH-1 Huey in "El Puente" (S5E03).
Mk 48 Mod 0
A Mk 48 Mod 0 fitted with an M4-style stock is used by a US Navy sailor during the surprise attack in "Casus Belli" (S5E01). LT Danny Green (Travis Van Winkle) also uses one in the series finale "Commitment" (S5E10).
Heavy Weapons
Mk 19 grenade launcher
USMC AAV-P7/A1's are seen during an amphibious landing in the series finale "Commitment" (S5E10). These AAVs have Mk 19 grenade launchers mounted in the turret.
M242 Bushmaster chaingun
The 25mm M242 Bushmaster chaingun is the main gun of the Marines' LAV-25 armored personnel carriers seen in the series finale "Commitment" (S5E10).
FIM-43 Redeye
What appears to be an FIM-43 Redeye is seen used by Chandler in "Casus Belli" (S5E01).
Nathan James Weapons
5" Mark 45 Mod 2
The 5" Mark 45 Mod 2 artillery gun is the main defensive weapon of the Nathan James.
Phalanx CIWS
A Phalanx CIWS is seen as one of the defensive weapons of the Navy Destroyer USS Nathan James.
