The Eighth (Osmiyat) is a 1969 Bulgarian war movie about the anti-Nazi resistance in Bulgaria during the World War II.

Handguns
Beretta M1934
Vena (Meglena Karalambova) uses a Beretta M1934 during the attempt to assassinate Colonel Gatev.
Walther P38
"Osmiyat" (Georgi Georgiev-Getz) and several of his men are seen with Walther P38 pistols.
Luger P08
Bulgarian army officers and several resistance fighters are armed with Luger P08 pistols.
CZ 27
Colonel Gatev (Petar Penkov) carries a CZ 27 pistol. In one scene "Chaplin" (Nikola Anastasov) is seen with a pistol that looks like CZ 27.
Rast Gasser 1898
Rast-Gasser 1898 revolvers are seen in hands of several resistance fighters.
Submachine Guns
MP40
Some Bulgarian soldiers and resistanse fighters, including Vlado (Anton Gorchev) and Petar (Djoko Rosic), are armed with MP40 SMGs.
ZK-383
ZK-383 SMGs are used by several resistance fighters. Czech-manufactured ZK-383 was the main SMG of Bulgarian army in 1939-1944. Some of these SMGs lacks a bipod so they are ZK-383P version that was intended for police.
Sten Mk II
Several resistance fighters are armed with Sten Mk II SMGs.
Rifles and Assault Rifles
Mannlicher M1896
Mannlicher M1896 carbines, a Bulgarian-issued version of Austro-Hungarian Mannlicher M1895, are used by both soldiers and resistance fighters.
Berthier Mle 1892 Artillery Carbine
A Berthier rifle is seen in hands of a resistance fighter. Due to its shape and length it can be identified as an Mle 1892 artillery carbine.
Carcano M91/38 Cavalry Carbine
A Carcano M91/38 Cavalry Carbine, identified by its unique folding bayonet, is seen in hands of a resistance fighter.
Mannlicher-Schoenauer Rifle
A Mannlicher-Schoenauer rifle is used by Petar (Djoko Rosic).
Sturmgewehr 44
A Sturmgewehr 44 is a personal weapon of "Osmiyat" (Georgi Georgiev-Getz). Several of his men also are seen with StG 44s. The story takes place in 1941-42 so this weapon is a little out of time.
Machine Guns
Madsen
Madsen machine guns are used by both army and resistance. Due to the shape of the magazine, these are most likely Madsens in 7.92-mm caliber.
ZB-39
The resistance group has a machine gun that appears to be a ZB-39, the last version of ZB-26 that incorporates some features of Bren. Bulgarian army used it in 8x56 mm R caliber.
Hand Grenades
F-1 Hand Grenade
F-1 hand grenades are used by "Osmiyat" (Georgi Georgiev-Getz) and other resistance fighters.
Stick Hand Grenade
Several resistance fighters use stick grenades that appear to be a Bulgarian version of German Model 17 Stielhandgranate (the exact Bulgarian name of this grenade isn't known).
