Nice, but where's the trigger?

Rebuild of Evangelion is a four-film series from Studio Gainax that is a remake of the Neon Genesis Evangelion television series. Each movie is given a numerical designation (1.0, 2.0, etc.) upon its theatrical release. The number is then amended (1.1, 1.11, etc.) for its home video releases as more footage is added.

Currently two of three Rebuild films have been released and the third is slated for fall of 2012.

  • Evangelion: 1.XX You Are (Not) Alone
  • Evangelion: 2.XX You Can (Not) Advance
  • Evangelion: 3.XX You Can (Not) Redo
  • Evangelion: Final (working title)

The following weapons were used in the film Rebuild of Evangelion series:

Pistols

Heckler & Koch USP

Ryoji Kaji is seen in the Evangelion 3.0 trailer aiming what resembles a Heckler & Koch USP with a laser sight mounted underneath the barrel.

Mounted Weapons

Bofors 40mm

Misato's fleet, seen in the third movie, includes a number of Iowa-class battleships. Strangely, these are shown in their WW2 configuration, with multiple Bofors 40mm quad installations which were removed from all real Iowas during their refits.
