Webley Mk IV
The Webley Mk IV revolver was chambered for .38 S&W and used during World War 2 by the British Armed Forces. It is outwardly similar to the Webley Mk VI which was chambered for the larger .455 caliber. The Webley Mk IV was available in several different versions. There was the target version with a six inch barrel and adjustable target sights and could be had in either the 38 S&W or 22 Long Rifle. There was the standard version which was made with both the five inch and the four inch barrel and there were the two pocket models. The Pocket Models were available in either 38S&W or 32S&W. There was the Overhand Pocket with the full size grips and a 3 inch barrel and there was the Pocket Model which had a small grips and a three inch barrel. The Enfield No.2 revolver was similar to the Webley Mk IV., also in 38 S&W, but it's engineering was different. The Webley and the Enfield are not the same design. Despite outward appearances.
