District 9

Direct me to where it saids fictional weapons are allowed. I mean if the weapon is a plastic shell over a real gun, but I have yet to see any indication of us allowing weapons that don't exist. Excalibur01 00:11, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi

Thank you for the nice article on Shootout at Lokhandwala. Are you from India? ritwikbmca 14:48, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

The Hurt Locker

Just checking, but all your screenshots are from the trailer, right? Just wanted to make sure that we did not use any screenshots from bootlegs. Since I can't find those images in the trailers I've seen, I was just asking. Thanks for your response. MoviePropMaster2008 23:44, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Remington 700 AICS

Since you took such a interest of adding the AICS picture on all the pages do you think we should categorize this platform in the Remington 700 page or the Accuracy International? I think I should put this in the Remington 700 because the rifle is only using an accessory made to look like a Accuracy International. --Jcordell 08:18, 24 April 2010 (UTC) Also, I don't think the rifle on Sniper, The is a Remington 700 on a AICS platform the bolt is still a factory made Accuracy International. HKFan 22:24, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

MPM2008 is not accepting gun picture requests at this time and I can't find a assembled AICS R700 anywhere I think we should add the section between 700 and 710 on the Remington 700 page and just use the stock and the rifle pictures.

Afghan Breakdown

Hey, Markit,

You did a great job on the Afghan Breakdown page. But I have a question...do you know if any versions of this movie exist that have English subtitles? I'm doing a paper for one of my classes where I'm writing about Russian war movies, and Afghan Breakdown seems like a pretty good one. Somebody uploaded the movie to YouTube, but not with English subtitles. So I'm wondering...do you know if any such version exists? Thanks. -MT2008

The Tournament

I wanted to say thank you for identifying the unknown kalashnikov rifle and machine pistol in on the Tournament page. -Anonymous

The Yakuza

Good job on the additional photos. They added to the page. thanks.--Jcordell 08:18, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

Actor's pages

Thanks for your contributions. Just one minor note: Please use the new table format when creating new actor pages. You can use the Edward Fox page as a template. --Ben41 06:47, 13 May 2010 (UTC)

Gun Pages

Nice job on the MAT-49 page keep up the good work..--phoenixent 04:12, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

Reformating of Proof of Life

You didnt ask the person who spent time to build the page i.e. me and i dont like the format, so i politely ask you dont do that to any of my pages. Thank you. -The Winchester

Most definately. That was my first page, so i was extremely green, but thank you for understanding. -Winn

Your Awesome

Thats great that your doing Johnny Too movies and Foriegn flic's in general. Im glad to see someone stepping out of the Hollywood crap and appreciating some sweet movies from over the ocean. Exiled is one of my Favorites right now and i enjoyed Breaking News...is there any that you would recommend in that style. Cantonese and korean is what im focusing on right now and im starting on french and some british.--Spades of Columbia 14:17, 23 September 2010 (UTC)

you most likely have already seen it, but on the off chance you have not, Running Out of Time (1999) was a very well done movie and put together in a very interesting way...worth a watch if you get a chance.--Spades of Columbia 23:32, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Dark Knight

So let me preface this by saying that this is not meant as an insult but as a joke... Just looked at the Dark Knight Rises page... How the hell can you tell that Gary Oldman is holding a SIG-Sauer P226?!?! I can barely tell that it is a SIG let alone figure out what model... I am NOT disputing your conclusion, I'm just amazed. :-) --Zackmann08 20:33, 19 December 2011 (CST)

I am in awe... --Zackmann08 22:12, 19 December 2011 (CST)

The Assault

Congratulations on a job well done! Believe it or not, but I had the DVD in my hand this weekend and I was planning to create a pge, but you beat me by a week hahaha By the way, is it possible to still revise the page title? I have never done that, but it still says "L'Assault" (with -l-) where it should be "L'Assaut" (without -l-). Otherwise, don't change a thing, --PeeWee055 13:08, 25 March 2012 (CDT)

Mission Impossible

I'll go ahead and let you take care of it. --Ben41 19:08, 17 April 2012 (CDT)

Border, The (TV Series)

Are planning on making pages for the actors in Border, The (TV Series)?? There are a LOT of red links on that page... --Zackmann08 17:25, 31 May 2012 (CDT)

M80 Rocket Launcher

When you create a new page for a firearm, please note that the title belongs in the FIRST column, not in the third. I know that many of the pages have it in the third column but it belongs in the first. (M80 Rocket Launcher). Thanks. --Zackmann08 12:29, 4 June 2012 (CDT)

I'm not going to get in a pissing contest with you but you're just wrong. 90% of the pages on the site put the title in the first column. The ones that don't are because people don't care enough to check the proper format. For the sake of making everything uniform and look better, the title does in fact belong in the first column. --Zackmann08 18:33, 4 June 2012 (CDT)
Fair enough. For what its worth, I wasn't trying to lecture.... I do get how it could come across that way. It is so freaking hard to convey emotion/tone via just text. I am sorry if I came across as lecturing. Definitely didn't mean it that way. :-\ --Zackmann08 18:54, 4 June 2012 (CDT)

Gun Tables

When converting gun pages to the table format, please place the media's title first as seen on the Hawkins Plains Rifle page. Thanks. --Ben41 18:35, 4 June 2012 (CDT)

Outside links

First, good work on the movie pages you've been doing. The site is discouraging adding links to outside sites that don't directly support the database. There are some exceptions, but this is the general rule. --Ben41 (talk) 02:40, 14 October 2012 (EDT)

Sometimes, there are links to movie prop sites that display certain screen-used weapons (this is done with the site's permission).--Ben41 (talk) 02:48, 14 October 2012 (EDT)

12,000th Page

You just created the 12,000th page with Godfrey Cambridge. (: --bunni (talk) 00:59, 27 March 2013 (EDT)

White House Down

In the future, please check that the screenshot you're overwriting is from the same scene. The one you changed with the Blackhawk was used for several other entries and now don't make sense. --Ben41 (talk) 18:54, 13 November 2013 (EST)

I just changed the one that you had overwritten.--Ben41 (talk) 19:03, 13 November 2013 (EST)

Tyrant

Adding Israeli Produced was correct, but for the wrong reasons. Filming location is irrelevant, we're just noting who actually produced it. In this case, however, one of the companies is an Israeli company (according to IMDB.) --Funkychinaman (talk) 18:40, 31 July 2014 (EDT)

The Equalizer

The Equalizer isn't due for a home video release until tomorrow, 12/30, so we can't upload caps from it until then. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:56, 29 December 2014 (EST)

Sure, I'm not going to delete anything. You can undo my rollback once the protection expires. --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:01, 29 December 2014 (EST)

Actor Pages

If an actor used a firearm in the film, please make actor pages for the actors listed in Son of a Gun. Do not put the "[[ ]]" around the actor's name if they did not use a weapon in the film.--Ben41 (talk) 17:14, 4 May 2015 (EDT)

Thank you for making the pages. --Ben41 (talk) 19:52, 5 May 2015 (EDT)
