Once A Thief is the 1996 made-for-TV remake of the 1991 Chow Yun Fat-starring heist film of the same name. Both the original and the remake were directed by John Woo and the television film served as a pilot for a television series, which would subsequently air for one season from 1997 to 1998.
The following weapons were used in the film Once A Thief (1996):
The Taurus PT92 is used throughout the film. In classic John Woo fashion, Mac Ramsey (Ivan Sergei) is seen dual-wielding stainless pistols during a warehouse shootout. Victor (Nicholas Lea) is seen with a blued pistol during the final standoff.
During a fight in Li Ann's apartment, a dresser is knocked over and a two-tone Smith & Wesson 5904 falls to the carpet. Victor picks it up and gets into a standoff with Mac.
