Daredevil Marvel Cinematic Universe , the series chronicles the dual identities of Matt Murdock, lawyer by day and vigilante crime fighter, Daredevil, by night, as he fights a one man war to clean up Hell's Kitchen. The series is the first of four Netflix original series set in the MCU that highlights Marvel's "street-level" heroes. The superhero was previously adapted in a 2003 feature film that starred Ben Affleck .
