Where do you think the CIWS is in this picture

I assume that when you said right in the caption you meant left as the things on the right are carriers not destroyers, but I can't see a CIWS on any of them. The destroyers appear to be based on Arleigh Burke class destroyers, and these have the front CIWS mount immediately ahead of the bridge on the raised structure visible just above the muzzle of the main gun in this cap. It clearly isn't there on these ones, so where do you think you can see a CIWS? --commando552 (talk) 08:06, 16 July 2014 (EDT)

  • Apologies on the caption, I was in a hurry since I don't have access to a computer in Singapore. I though CIWS are mounted on the front as always. But on the next update, I can leave the pic here temporarily in case there's another better photo. Ominae (talk) 09:18, 18 July 2014 (EDT)
    • Found a better one. Ominae (talk) 06:35, 28 July 2014 (EDT)
That's fine and appears to be a Phalanx. However, I've changed the image to the original Phalanx as this one doesn't appear to have the FLIR on the side of the radar dome which is part of the Block 1B. Also, just by the way the term "block" doesn't mean anything by itself, the term "Block 1B" is the name for this specific Phalanx variant. Block numbers like this are used to differentiate between different variants of vehicles and systems as they change progressively over time. For example, with the Phalanx you have the Block 0 which is the original pre-mass production variant, the Block 1 which had a different mount and larger drum and I believe is the image that is up on the main page now, the Block 1A which has improved electronics and programming and a support for the barrels, and the Block 1B which has new barrels and a FLIR on the side of the radome. --commando552 (talk) 07:26, 28 July 2014 (EDT)

Second Season

So how do we categorize the second season? Do we put it in a different page or should we keep it all in one page? I know in Jormungand they put it all in the same page, even though the two seasons have different names (Jormungand, and Jormungand: Perfect Order). Inceptor57 (talk) 18:46, 5 October 2014 (EDT)

I did split Freezing off to different seasons (pages). For this one, it's best to wait first. If no one objects, we can split this off. The Jormungand page is long that I thought of splitting it up. There were some objects before, but I don't know right now. Ominae (talk) 23:34, 5 October 2014 (EDT)
So the second season starts off at Episode 13. No new season name and such, so we stick with one page. Inceptor57 (talk) 03:37, 11 January 2015 (EST)
Yeah, I agree. Ominae (talk) 05:02, 11 January 2015 (EST)
