Scarface (1983)

Beretta M951

When the drug deal with Hector the Toad (Al Israel) goes wrong, a few Columbian thugs storm the room. One thug armed with a Beretta M951 takes Angel (Pepe Serna) into the bathroom at gun point, and also forces Tony Montana (Al Pacino) to watch as his friend is cut up with a chainsaw. A few minutes later when Manny (Steven Bauer), and Chi Chi (Ángel Salazar) come into the room to save Tony, Tony takes the gun from the thug and kills him with it, and then uses it to kill Hector in the street. Manny later uses a suppressed Beretta M951 to kill Frank Lopez (Robert Loggia).

In the chainsaw scene, some of the Colombian thugs wield suppressed MAC-10s. Manny (Steven Bauer) also uses a MAC-10 when coming to rescue Tony (Al Pacino). The two hitmen at the Babylon Club also use MAC-10s.

Beretta Cheetah

When going to a drug deal with Hector the Toad (Al Israel), Tony Montana (Al Pacino) carries a Beretta Cheetah in with him. But when the drug deal goes wrong, Hector takes the gun from Tony and uses it to threaten him, and then proceeds to put it in a suitcase with the drugs and grab his chainsaw. Tony Montana later uses the same gun to shoot two Hitmen in the legs at the Babylon Club, and also uses it with a suppressor to intimidate Mel Bernstein (Harris Yulin). And also kills Sosa's henchman sent to help Tony kill a man with a car bomb because he insists to kill him even there are children in the car.

This gun looks a lot more like a S&W J frame and not any of the DetSpec series.

I agree: it is a S&W model 36

Unknown revolver

An unknown revolver is used by Gina while she has mental illness due to Manny's death.

Uzi

Some of the men Sosa (Paul Shenar) sends to kill Tony Montana (Al Pacino) are armed with IMI Uzis, and after one of these men kills Tony's sister, Gina (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio), Tony turns his Uzi on him. Chi Chi (Ángel Salazar) also can be seen using an Uzi during the final battle scene. A few Uzis can also be seen in the display case in which Tony retrieves his M16.

M16A1 (a.k.a. "My Little Friend")

Tony Montana (Al Pacino) uses an M16A1 with an M203 grenade launcher attachment during the final battle. Also of note is that he has two magazines taped together 'jungle style'. The magazines only held 20 Rds. Modern M16 have 30 rd. magazines known as a "Banana mag" for obvious reasons. After expending his first 20 rd magazines, at the end, he inserted an extra 30 round before the end.

M203 grenade launcher

Tony Montana (Al Pacino) has an M203 grenade launcher mounted on his M16A1 during the final battle. In one of the films more memorable moments Tony yells out "Say hello to my little friend!" and blows a door down with a 40mm grenade, killing several of Sosa's men.

This looks more like one of those fake M203 launchers like the one in Heartbreak Ridge. -GM
I dunno, it clearly doesn't have the cocking lever on the side, at least not that I can see. But what is unusual is that it appears the hand guard was removed from this launcher, for whatever reason.
The fake launchers aren't CM203 launchers, they are custom launchers without the sidebolt. Go to the HBR page and you'll see what I mean.

Its the same type used in Heartbreak Ridge and Predator. There are more Scarface Screenshots of it on google.

Unknown Double Barrel Shotgun

The Skull (Geno Silva) uses a sawed off double barrled shotgun of unknown make and model to kill Tony Montana (Al Pacino).
