The High Priestess uses a highly customized 1911 to kill Darquandier. It was revealed, the gun is a "WE Hi Capa 5.1 Full Metal Dragon (Type B) Black Model" Airsoft gun with blue LED lights in the grip. Movie fault!!- it should be noted that the hammer is down before she shoots Darquandier, incorrect for a 1911 which is traditionally single action only.
Although no pistol is named "hicapa", some competition shooting pistols made namely by SVI and Limcat are very similar to the "hicapa" used in the movie.
The right appeletation varies from model to model. The general term used is 2011 (derived from the evolution of a 1911). It is basically a double stacked 1911, allowing more than 7 bullets to be stored in the magazine, hence the nickname "hicapa". - There is also an airsoft company that sells this 1911 style weapon with the product name "Hi Capa" on the grip. I have one.
The specific hybrid slide setup is not uncommon for a precision shooting pistol, although it is usually only the top of the slide that is cut.
