Smith & Wesson Model 686

Jack Stanfield (Harrison Ford) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 686 with a 2-inch barrel and Pachmayr grips throughout the film. The handgun is initially hidden in Jack's house, but Bill (Paul Bettany) leaves it at the apartment of Jack's friend Harry (Robert Forster) in order to frame Jack.

The MP5K is available in the newer MP5KN, MP5KA4, and MP5KA5 configurations, which all have the ambidextrous trigger group. Another 'well used' actual movie blank firing gun.
