Talk:Crime on a Summer Morning (Par un beau matin d'été)
I think Pocket Positives are a lot smaller than the revolver in the film. --Funkychinaman (talk) 21:24, 20 April 2014 (EDT)
- According to the lenght of the barrel as compared with the ejector rod, the barrel seems to be shorter than 4" and Pocket Positive is the only Colt model I found that has a 3.5" barrel. But I can be wrong. Maybe it's even not an original Colt but some Spanish or German clone. Greg-Z (talk) 23:17, 20 April 2014 (EDT)
- The ones I've run across have been tiny. Then again, I may have just mis-IDed them. Here's an image of various Colt revolvers and their sizes. According to the post, "The top left is the New Service (largest frame Revolver), below that on the left is the Official Police which is the same size as the Army Special and Officers Model Target. On the top right is the Police Positive Special and directly under it is the Police Positive which has a shorter cylinder than the police Positive Special. On the bottom right is the smallest Colt revolver which is a Pocket Positive." --Funkychinaman (talk) 23:25, 20 April 2014 (EDT)
