Smith & Wesson Model 14 - .38 spl

The Model 14 Target Masterpiece was a 38 Special, double action revolver built on the square-butt K target frame. It was a continuation of the pre-World War II K-38 Target Masterpiece. It was manufactured initially from 1947-1982. Production was resumed in 1991. The second production model had a full lug ribbed barrel. The Model 15 with its four inch barrel and Baughman Quick Draw front sight can be considered to be a "duty" version of the Model 14.
