Rifles

De Lisle Carbine

The De Lisle Carbine appears in the game with an 11-round magazine. It is one of the best weapons in the game. Despite being suppressed, it deals more damage than any other submachine gun or rifle. Its only drawback is the low ammo capacity and the slow (bolt-action) rate of fire.
