Humaritt ZZZ "Lila" uses a Desert Eagle Mark VII with a 10" barrel as her main sidearm.
Mauser HSc
The "Madame" in "Mission: 001 - A Magnificent Secret Agent with a Rose in Her Hands" uses a Mauser HSc.
Glock 17
A henchman in "Mission: 004 - The Fictitious Star with a Sweet Trap-Like Perfume" can be seen with a Glock 17
Walther P38
A Walther P38 is used by Elith aka LLL in "Mission: 009 - A Brave Lion in the Desert Appears with the Goddess of the Destiny".

M3 "Grease Gun"
Fuyuki, one of the members of the 4 C'zNs, uses an M3 "Grease Gun" in "Mission: 004 - The Fictitious Star with a Sweet Trap-Like Perfume".
