Calder Michaels (Hill Harper) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox pistol as his main sidearm, first in the opening of "Vamos" (S4E01) and when killing a cartel hitman in Colombia later in the episode. One is used with a suppressor by the said hitman in the same episode.
Ekol Aras Magnum
Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) uses a chrome Ekol Aras Magnum (a blank firing replica of the Browning BDM) to kill Calder Michaels, the CIA Station Chief of Medellin, Colombia in "Vamos" (S4E01).
Sig Sauer P226
A Sig Sauer P226 is obtained through a secret safe in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Walther PPK
In "Hang Wire" (S4E09), Annie uses a Walther PPK that Joan (Kari Matchett) gave her.

A few CIA SOG operators use Heckler & Koch MP5A2s in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A majority of CIA SOG operators in a black ops mission in Colombia are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s in "Into the White" (S4E03).
