Welcome to IMFDB

Before you do any editing please take the time to read the Rules, Standards and Principles. This is a very important document that explains how this website is setup as well as telling you what is and isn't allowed. If it is determined by an admin that you have not read these rules, your account will be suspended. Continued non-compliance may result in a permanent ban.

There are a number of pages that desperately need your help. You can find these Incomplete pages here.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here but make sure to sign your post by typing --~~~~.

Finally, IMFDB has a forum set up here that is only available to registered members. There is lots of good stuff to see there. If you would like to join the forum, please post HERE and an account will be created for you.

Now, HAPPY EDITING! Zackmann08 (talk) 00:55, 3 March 2013 (EST)

Desperate Housewives

Are you prepared to commit to all 180 episodes? --Funkychinaman (talk) 09:52, 3 March 2013 (EST)

I am going to try. There are not many scenes with guns in them. There are a few big ones that I will make sure to find.
Though Funkychinaman seems like he's being a bit harsh, he is just concerned in that it is unlikely that most of our members would be able to assist on this entry, being that so very few of us would either watch it or have it on DVD. So being the 'resident' Desperate Housewives 'expert' comes with it an obligation to help IMFDB complete the page. :) Hope you understand. And THanks! :D MoviePropMaster2008 (talk)

Naming your screencaps

You are using names which are WAY TOO GENERIC and risk deletion. Names like "Death1" and "Holding" are too generic. They could apply to many TV shows or movies. We require that you try to briefly identify the show your screencap is associated with. Like naming a file "DH-BethModel36.jpg" with the abbreviations helping ID what the shot is intended for. We recommend that the title of the show (even in abbreviation) be on the file name as well as some sort of reference to the gun. Thanks! :D MoviePropMaster2008 (talk) 18:26, 3 March 2013 (EST)

I understand and I will try to fix that. I am really enjoying this site and I dont want to mess anything up. Thanks for the feed back! (talk)

Please reupload what was Colt.jpg under a new name. That file is already being used on a page. --Funkychinaman (talk) 21:43, 3 March 2013 (EST)
