The Expendables 2 The Expendables Con Air Sylvester Stallone returns as the leader of a team of mercenaries, who this time are tasked by the CIA to prevent a cache of plutonium from falling into the wrong hands. As in the original film, nearly all of the biggest names in action films from the past two decades make appearances in the sequel and in addition to expanded roles for Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger , Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme also appear in this film.

Handguns Custom Kimber Gold Combat II Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone ) uses a pair of M1911A1 pistols as his sidearms in the film, likely the same Kimber Gold Combat II pistols that he wielded in the first film . In this film, the Kimbers' grips feature small "Expendable" eblems on both guns. The same symbol is also seen in Barney's toothpick knife.
