Error creating thumbnail: File missing Last Resort (2012)Last Resort was a 2012 television series that focused on the crew of a US Navy nuclear ballistic submarine who foundnd themselves marked for destruction by their government after refusing to carry out a suspect order to launch their missiles upon the country of Pakistan. The submarine then decides to take over a small tropical island and its inhabitants and tells the world that the missiles will be launched if anyone on the outside attempts to make a move against them. The series was co-created by Shawn Ryan, who also is responsible for such series as The Shield The Unit Andre Braugher , Scott Speedman , Robert Patrick , and Bruce Davison . The series aired in the US on ABC for 13 episodes.
