Sokolovo (1975)

Sokolovo is Czechoslovak war film from the period of WWII directed by Otakar Vávra made in 1975. The film describes the events in occupied Czechoslovakia after the assassination of Heydrich and also parallel to the formation of the Czechoslovak foreign troops in the USSR. The movie culminates to views of the Battle of Sokolovo as first appearance of the Czechoslovak troops alongside the Red Army at the front against the Germans.
