A SIG-Sauer P229 is used by Agent Paul Ballard (Tahmoh Penikett) when he barges into the men's room demanding information from Lubov (Enver Gjokaj) in episode 1.
Boyd unknown Smith & Wesson .357 Revolver
Boyd carries a revolver, unlike the rest of the Dollhouse security who all carry the SIG.
Beretta 92FS
Chui (Oscar Torres) is armed with a Beretta 92FS in episode 1.
Beretta Inox
Sierra (Dichen Lachman) is also armed with a Beretta Inox in her right hand when she breaches the safehouse in episode 1.
Desert Eagle
Matt (Brett Claywell) is armed with a Desert Eagle in his safehouse in episode 1.
M1911
Another kidnapper is armed with a M1911 in episode 1.
Unknown suppressed Smith and Wesson pistol
A Park Ranger, Boyd Langton (Harry Lenix) and Echo (Eliza Dushku) all use this handgun in Episode 2

Remington 1100
Sierra (Dichen Lachman) is armed with a sawed-off Remington 1100 when she breaches the safehouse in episode 1.
Submachineguns
MP5
The MP5 is a very common firearm for Dollhouse security staff to be seen wielding. The Dollhouse Tactical Team all appear to carry MP5s, I'm not sure of the exact model though.
Laurence Dominic (Reed Diamond) can be seen with one in the second Episode of Season 1 "The Target"

Remington 700
Boyd Langdon (Harry Lennix) uses a suppressed Remington 700 during the hostage exchange in episode 1.

The dollhouse mercenaries used M4A1 Carbines during Echo's (Eliza Dushku) rescue operation in episode 1.
